If a member of our team goes above and beyond for care and service, nominate them for our Sovah Superhero Award. Sovah Superhero is a monthly program that recognizes and rewards members of our team for going above and beyond the call of duty. Nominations may be made by completing a card and placing in one of the marked collection containers, which are placed throughout the facility. Also, an email may be sent to Sovah@LPNT.net. Nominations should include the employee name, department, reason for recognition and the nominator's name and contact information.
Sovah Health strives to provide excellent care and service. If, at any time, we did not meet your expectations, please contact our Patient Advocate to share your concerns. Patient advocates work to meet the needs of our patients and visitors by ensuring that concerns are responded to in an appropriate and effective manner. Complaints and grievances may also be filed with the patient advocate.
These services are available each weekday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. After hours and weekends, please contact the house supervisor.
