New Graduate Nurse Residency Program
Sovah Health has a year-long program that fosters a safe learning environment to effectively transition the new graduate nurse from the classroom to the bedside. It includes preceptorship training with specialized preceptors that have been trained to assist in filling the individualized learning needs of the new graduate nurse. It also includes weekly didactic classroom sessions where we continue to foster learning by having clinicians and physicians present on topics geared towards specific learning needs. The program also offers individualized care by our coordinator, who assists in ensuring your success in the program.
