RN Resident Apprenticeship Program
RN Resident Apprenticeship Program
A program to support and prepare recent RN graduates in their transition to practice
Transitioning from the classroom to the bedside can be a difficult journey for many new nurses. In response, Sovah Health is proud to offer our RN Resident Transition to Practice Apprenticeship Program. This apprenticeship program is designed to support recent graduate nurses as they develop proficiency in both their new role and our organization's culture. Through a blended learning experience that combines online modules with preceptor/mentor support, this program bridges the gap between academic preparation and practice to boost clinical confidence in our new nurses.
