Sovah Health Announces Reopening of Brosville Clinic

Sovah Health announced today that Sovah Family Medicine – Brosville will reopen on September 8, 2020 with Kristen Grabowski, MSN, APRN, FNP-C as the provider.

Kristen is no stranger to Sovah Health, as she worked in the Intensive Care Unit before joining Sovah Family Medicine – Danville in November of 2019. She received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from South University in Savannah (Georgia) and Bachelor of Science of Nursing (BSN) from Western Governor University in Salt Lake City (Utah).
At Sovah Family Medicine – Brosville, Kristen is specializing in general health, preventative medicine, hypertension, diabetes, geriatrics, and women’s health. She will provide care for all ages from childhood through adults. Kristen is accepting new patients, and appointments may be made by calling 434.799.2500. The practice will be open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm, except for lunch from 12pm to1pm, and will accept walk-ins and appointments. Telehealth visits are also available. The practice is located at 10390 Martinsville Highway in Danville, VA.
