Sovah Health to Update Visitation Hours and Policy Effective Monday, March 14
March 11, 2022

We believe that visitors are an important part of our patients hospital experience, so we are happy to announce that effective Monday, March 14, 2022, Sovah Health will expand patient visitation hours and allow an additional well visitor for specific units. These changes will go into effect on Monday at both campuses.
Patients who are allowed visitors may have two well visitors at a time, with the ability to interchange, during visitation hours. Visitation hours will be 7 days a week from 8:00am – 8:00pm. All visitors must be 12 years of age or older, will be screened upon entry and are still required to wear a mask and visitor security pass sticker while in the facility. Visitors who do not pass the screening at entry will be asked to reschedule their visit until they are symptom-free.
One well visitor will now be allowed for certain high risk patients. These patients include: patients who are in isolation, immunocompromised, or are under observation or test positive for COVID-19. There are no changes to visitation for the emergency department, behavioral health, pediatrics, labor and delivery patients or surgery.
Our hospital’s top priority is safeguarding the health and well being of our patients, providers, employees and community. We continue to monitor closely the prevalence of the virus in our community as we adapt our operations to safely care for and support our patients.
